2022 GHSA Ministerial Meeting
November 28, 2022 – December 1, 2022
The 7th Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) Ministerial Meeting will be hosted by the Republic of Korea in Seoul from 28-30 November 2022. Under the theme “Action for the Next Phase of the GHSA after COVID-19,” the Ministerial Meeting aims to reflect on GHSA’s role in the post-COVID-19 era and share a vision for the future direction of GHSA.
Ministers and civil society leaders from the GHSA membership will meet in Seoul and pledge to extend GHSA for another 5-year phase (January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2028) with key areas of reform to better connect GHSA to evolving global health security architecture, streamline governance, and improve the initiative’s focus and impact.
